WHAT IS GOUACHE?
Gouache is a mixture of dyes and gum arabic, diluted with water. It can be used in its pure form for an intense and compact effect, or diluted for a transparent effect close to watercolour. This type of paint can also be reused once dry when mixed with water, making it very economical!
The Lefranc Bourgeois Kids Gouache range is easy to use thanks to its opacity. Odourless and non-staining, it dries quickly, can be cleaned with water and is made of non-harmful pigments.
Our gouache adapts to all surfaces, for exampler thick paper, cardboard, plaster, wood, salt dough, eggshell, fine fabrics or even pulses.
FINGER PAINT GOUACHE
Made in our French factory in Le Mans, our Finger Paint Gouache colours are easily washed from hands with just clean water. They’re also machine washable at 30°C. All of our colours are based on dyes and preservatives that meet approved cosmetic standards, therefore reducing the risk of allergic reactions. Every colour also contains a bittering agent to limit the risk of ingestion. These smooth and expressive paints are pleasant to use and easy to spread.
Finger painting is the perfect activity to help little ones develop their senses, motor skills and creativity. Stored in tubes, they’re ideal for use at home.
