ADDITIVES TO CREATE TEXTURE
Master the viscosity of your paint, drying times, transparency and rendering with our comprehensive range of oil additives. We’ve been innovating well beyond colour for 300 years, to provide you with additives that give texture to your work.
By adding density to the paste, the Impasto medium makes it possible to create texture effects without compromising on the control of your strokes. This glazing technique is based on layering and the use of colour. It’s achieved through the use of additives like our painting and Flemish mediums. By increasing the shine of the oil, these mediums help you achieve very fine glazes. They do this by increasing the depth, the shine and the transparency of the paint, giving you more creative accuracy.

Our exacting methods of production ensure incredible light resistance, grind fineness while ensuring that tone, dry extract, pH, viscosity, glossiness and adhesion are all carefully monitored and consistent in each tube. Olivier Masmonteil
Olivier Masmonteil is a French painter. He graduated from the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Bordeaux. Artist and globetrotter, he has made several trips around the world in search of new scenes to perfect his craft. For the first decade of his career, Olivier dedicated himself to the genre of landscape. He has since thrown himself into other genres.
Jennyfer Grassi
Jennyfer Grassi lives and works in Paris. She began painting at the age of 11 with a Lefranc Bourgeois oil colour set, gifted to her by her father. She later went on to study at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. On show during her many exhibitions, Jennyfer works on subjects with an exuberant and, at times, threatening nature, emphasised with bright, luminous colours.
Yoann Merienne
Yoann Merienne was born in the late 1980s in the French region of Haute-Savoie. He now lives and works in Lyon. He holds a degree in Industrial Design and has painted from a young age, dedicating himself to capturing light and shadow. This mastery of light gives his work an extraordinary relief effect. A keen user of our oil paints, he adds depth and creates volume in his work using small touches of white, black and blue.
