The extra-fine retouching varnish spray is a temporary varnish that can be used before a final varnish is applied. It can be used to cover large surface areas whilst refreshing the colours so that they can be reworked following application.
It also enables artists to remove any sinking to create a uniform finish on the surface of the painting.
